I love this Vincent, especially the last paragraph where you talk about insubordination. I am reminded of the very popular but erroneous teachings on 'name it-claim it' so prevalent today. These teachings, which encourage followers to come boldly before God and insist that He release favor, blessings, prosperity, health, etc. on demand, have always seemed rather insubordinate to me. Yes, God does bless and favor us but only as He chooses-not us. I choose to defer to His sovereignty and allow God to be God!
